As you awaken in the early morning you experience the Springtime of your day, seeing, hearing and realizing the freshness and newness of a new day created blossoming with the richness of possibilities for the unique day.

Late morning brings you to the Summertime of your day as you experience the full bloom of your activities and energy of motion, discovery, interaction and the heat of physically being in the flow of time and space.

In the late afternoon you move into the Autumn of your day. This is a time of transition, preparing for evening, reflection and reviiew of the experiences of hours passed and shifting from, in most cases, the workday mind into personal thought and family connection. The texture and color of your day now shifts to a golden reality of the coming of Sunset.

Late Evening brings us to the Winter of our day as we prepare to rest and rejuvenate. As we enter into slumber we wrap ourselves in the blanket of sleep and remembrance of a four season blessing of life. We linger in this stillness of peace which will allow us, if it be in Divine order, to be born into an awakening of a new morning light which offer us the gift of a new day.
